The season of REBIRTH

The season of REBIRTH

Spring is a season of renewal and rebirth. From the blooming of flowers to the chirping of birds, there is something undeniably special about this time of year. But why is spring such a transformative season? Let’s explore.

The physical landscape: Spring brings warmer weather, more sunlight, and more consistent temperatures than winter. This means that dormant plants and flowers can start to bloom once again as the ground thaws out and the days become longer and brighter. It's no wonder that people often associate spring with new beginnings and growth - nature itself appears to be in a state of rebirth.

This newfound energy leads many to take up new hobbies or activities, like gardening or running outdoors. The sense of renewal which comes with longer days and warmer weather can be incredibly empowering!

The spiritual significance: Easter is celebrated by Christians around the world as a time for resurrection, while Jewish celebrate Passover as a reminder of their freedom from bondage. For these faiths (and many others), spring symbolizes hope and freedom from struggle - perfect symbols for a season known for rebirth.

Spring is truly an incredible time of the year; physically, psychologically, and spiritually. To help begin your own rebirth, you need to focus on your body but also on your personal mastery so you can become the best version of you!
