Woman’s Journey to Personal Greatness

This program will give you the tools and practical strategies to help you do three things: optimize your health, work and play at peak performance levels, and to not only define, but to relentlessly and courageously pursue your personal greatness. It focuses on personal greatness, but also with a focus on the challenges that are unique to women.


Despite the major advancements in the women’s movement toward equality, there’s still more work to be done. Since the construct of organized society, the role of women has always been thought of as one who cares for the home and nurtures the family. Although this is more inherently easier for women to adopt in their lifestyle, this is not the limit of the contribution that women can add to society. In today’s world that is becoming more apparent as the playing field gets levelled, however, the work to mitigate or diminish the odd world views must be done. As was said by philosopher, speaker and author, Jim Rohn, for things to change, we must change, and for things to get better, we must get better!


onepersonThere are weekly and optional bi-weekly, virtual and live, meetings that will help each individual to define their personal greatness in a world of distractions and challenges to finding your authentic self. The weekly group coaching process follows the principles of the book, Journey to Personal Greatness: mind, body and soul. A blueprint for life balance and self mastery.
